Ayala Choirs

The Ayala High School Choral Program has a long tradition of award-winning ensembles. There are three choirs that consist of the Ayala Concert Choir: Vocal Ensemble, Men's Ensemble, and Women's Ensemble. Our top advanced choir, the Vocal Ensemble, recently won the "Gold, First Place" rating and the "Adjudicator's Award" at the 2019 Heritage Festival in Boston, Massachusetts. Our Vocal Ensemble continues their contiguous 19 years of "Gold First Place" awards. They have also earned first place at the 2009 Golden State South Choral Competition.

Over many years, the ensembles have earned "Superior" ratings at Southern California Vocal Association choral festivals and "Gold" ratings at Heritage Festival competitions. Additionally, all of the ensembles in the choral program produce a Renaissance-themed dinner show called "Madrigal Feaste" every December, which has been a community favorite for 19 years. We hold a Benefit Concert every February during which we raise funds to support local charities. The Vocal Ensemble also sings for various events in the community.
